Nancy Park

Best Best & Krieger LLP Partner Nancy Park is the leader of the firm’s national Business law practice group. In her day-to-day practice, she advises private and public sector clients on real estate transactions, leasing, finance and business contracts. Nancy represents institutional and private real estate investors, banks and borrowers, landlords and tenants, public entities and businesses, as well as agricultural and healthcare entities.

As trusted counsel on many complex real estate matters, Nancy often draws on her decade of experience working as a commercial real estate lender at several community banks. Nancy was also previously an investment officer for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS). In that capacity, she was responsible for investing $1.8 billion in real estate assets, formulating policy and investment strategies, and negotiating and restructuring major contracts for more than $1 billion in timber assets.

Immediately before joining BB&K, she served as CEO of The Evergreen Company, a veteran Northern California developer of retail and office projects.
