The Department of Urban Studies and Planning offers a variety of resources for current and prospective students as well as alumni.
DUSP Undergraduate Blog
One of the main ways the Dept. of Urban Studies and Planning communicates opportunities with students is via our Undergraduate Blog. There are separate pages for general information (main page - includes student org announcements, dept and campus events, professional association events, campus resources, and more), internship opportunities, full-time opportunities, and scholarships.
You can subscribe to the blog which will notify you of general information blog posts (only updates to the main page). We recommend you bookmark this page and visit it regularly for updates on internships, jobs, and scholarships.
Student Organizations
There are six student organizations affiliated with the Dept. of Urban Studies and Planning that we encourage students to participate in: Architecture @ UC San Diego (ARCH), Triton Real Estate Organization (TREO), Urban Changemakers, USP Student Representatives, Young Planners Society (YPS), and Roger's Community Garden.
Participation in a student organization enriches the college experience, providing opportunities for professional development, personal growth, and social engagement.
