Misty Moore

With 27 years’ experience counseling local and national businesses on their complex real estate decisions, Misty Moore serves as a Managing Director at JLL in the San Diego office. She specializes in working with large portfolio clients on their occupancy and negotiation strategies. Her exhaustive energy in the pursuit of the ideal facility at the best economic terms has resulted in a long list of loyal clients.

Misty has extensive experience in multi-site portfolio strategy and oversight. For six years she oversaw a multi-market, 900,000 sf national portfolio for Alliant Insurance Services, and for the past 12 years has overseen a large, leased portfolio consisting of more than 1.3m SF of off-campus real estate for UC San Diego, in addition to consulting on P3 redevelopment opportunities and acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, Misty has advised national firms such as City National Bank and a global tech tenant on their San Diego and national portfolios. She also represented a large, global life science company in the negotiation of its 220,000 square foot build-to-suit headquarters in San Diego.
