Darren Levitt

Darren Levitt is Vice President and a Partner at Sea Breeze Properties (SBP), a real estate development, investment, and management company. Mr. Levitt is focused on the company’s strategic growth focused in North County San Diego with specific attention to improving the community through development projects. SBP specializes in large scale, mixed-use development opportunities with a focus on creating meaningful places to live, work and enjoy. SBP has experience in all phases of the development cycle from entitlements to disposition.

Born and raised in San Diego, Mr. Levitt is committed to contributing to various local community organizations and making a direct impact with people. His efforts include being an active member of the California State University San Marcos University Council (CSUSM University Council), board of directors’ role at The San Marcos Promise (TSMP), and has been an active ride leader for the Challenged Athlete’s Foundation (CAF). He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he served as a Co-Chair of the Young Leaders Group and is proud to be joining the University of California San Diego Real Estate & Development Advisory Board where he is engaged in helping recent graduates and early professionals launch their careers in commercial real estate.

Mr. Levitt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a specific emphasis on environmental studies from the University of Michigan.
