Suzy Cruden

Suzy is the Senior Vice President of Strategy for McCarthy’s Southern Pacific Region. In her role, she focuses on leading and developing strategic initiatives that build and maintain brand awareness throughout Southern California and Nevada. Having previously worked as a design manager, Suzy brings a comprehensive perspective that allows her to connect the dots between clients’ business goals, industry trends, and value-driven solutions. She is passionate about aligning cross-functional teams to drive awareness and deliver exceptional experiences.

Suzy is a proud graduate of the University of California, San Diego and has been a key member of San Diego’s construction community for more than a decade. She currently serves on the UCSD Real Estate Department Advisory Board, is a DBIA Professional, and a member of McCarthy's Partnership for Women, an employee resource group supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of women at McCarthy and within the construction industry to broaden diversity of perspective.
