    Undergraduate Student Services Advisor

    Erica came to USP in 2017 from the University of Southern California where they worked in the LGBT Resource Center and the Student Support and Advocacy Office. As the Undergraduate Advisor, Erica serves as the one stop resource for students and faculty in USP. They advise on topics ranging from quarter by quarter plans to graduate school and career development. Erica also advises all three student organizations in USP as well as the Student Rep Program. Outside of USP, Erica serves as a member of the Gender Recognition Act Steering Committee and the LGBT Resource Center's Scholarship Selection Committee.

    Erica's favorite activity is camping and they try to visit a few national parks every year. Erica also enjoys swimming, playing video games, and is a proud Gryffindor.

    Alison Pau has worked in higher education for more than a decade at a variety of public and private, two- and four-year institutions on the west coast.  Most of her career has focused on student leadership and development, event planning, and program coordination. As the Fiscal Services and Event Coordinator Alison works, mostly behind the scenes, helping the department function and coordinating department sponsored events. She is passionate about helping students succeed and reach their goals.   

    Alison was born and raised in Minnesota and loves sharing interesting MN facts!  She has lived in 7 states and she’s only 3 away from visiting all 50!  You can find her and her family spending time together taking part in community events, going out to eat, watching movies, at the YMCA and traveling (mostly to MN or HI to see family).  She is a lover of diet coke and a late in life coffee connoisseur.
