Scott Gale

Scott founded Ventus Group (“Ventus”) in 2006 to acquire, manage, and add-value to a variety of real estate assets. The Ventus portfolio has included residential and mixed-use developments, as well as income-producing retail, office, and industrial properties throughout California. Between 2014 and 2022, Ventus assembled 7.8 acres of contiguous property which includes a 4.4-acre mixed-use development site, an existing strip retail center, and 65-unit multifamily assemblage near the University of Southern California campus, Exposition Park, and the I-110 freeway in the City Los Angeles.

Prior to forming  Ventus, Scott served as VP of Land Acquisition at Shea Homes, Project Manager at Woodside Homes, and Senior Consultant in the Ernst & Young  Real Estate Capital Markets group.

Scott earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development (“MRED”) from the University of Southern California. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Scott also taught several courses at the University of California, Irvine in the Light Construction & Development Management program.
