The Dept. of Urban Studies and Planning has a strategic partnership with Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany, one of the preeminent schools of planning and design in the world. As part of the strategic partnership, we have the opportunity to send several students (USP and RED majors) to study for a semester in Weimar, Germany during either the Bauhaus Fall Semester from September 2025 - February 2026 or the Bauhaus Summer Semester from April - July 2026. DUSP has one of the only undergraduate department-to-department study abroad programs in the UC system.
Bauhaus Winter Semester (September ‘25 – February ‘26) or Summer Semester (April – July ‘26)
All USP and RED majors with both a 3.0 cumulative GPA and a 3.0 term GPA are eligible for the program.
