Description of Organization:
The goal of IRC is to help identify and design a Social Enterprise for the International Rescue Committee. The objectives of this project are twofold: 1) to create a source of earned income as part of a strategy to diversify the IRC’s revenue base 2) to further the IRC’s social mission by providing employment preparation and creating transitional and permanent job creation to newly arrived refugees in San Diego.
